The story began almost 8 years ago in 2010 with owner, Pierre Bader's vision to breathe new life into the classic Italian dishes he had always loved. With Sonoma Restaurant Group General Manager and Wine Director, Briana Cohen,  he was able to build his team to bring that vision to life.
